The Audio-Technica ATND1061 Beamforming Ceiling Array Microphone provides professional audio capture for conference rooms, boardrooms, and meeting spaces of various sizes. This beamforming microphone array precisely captures voices while intelligently reducing background noise to ensure high-quality audio clarity in hybrid workspaces and classrooms. The system is available in two configurations: the Dante-enabled ATND1061DAN and the Audio-Technica LINK-enabled ATND1061LK.
The ATND1061 features powerful integrated digital signal processing (DSP) that simplifies system architecture. The onboard DSP includes automixing, acoustic echo cancellation (AEC), noise reduction, automatic gain control (AGC), and a 4-band EQ. These integrated tools eliminate the requirement for external DSP hardware while maintaining consistent audio performance.
Users can configure the microphone using the Digital Microphone Manager software to manage up to 32 customizable pickup zones across six individual output channels.
The ATND1061 integrates with modern video conferencing setups through several specialized technologies. VISCA over IP allows the microphone to control PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) cameras by syncing video movements with active audio channels over a network. Voice lift technology ensures that speakers are heard clearly by everyone in a large room, regardless of their distance from the microphone. For networking flexibility, the ATND1061DAN model features two network ports with Single Cable and Split modes to manage Dante audio and control data either together or separately over category cable.
The microphone supports multiple installation methods, including flush-mounting in drop ceilings, surface mounting on hard ceilings, or mounting in open architecture spaces using VESA mounts. The low-reflective white finish matches standard ceiling tiles in most environments.
This microphone is certified for use with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Google Meet as part of Q-SYS installations. These certifications simplify AV integration for professional environments.
