Request RMA Number

For all customers wishing to return an item, please follow the instructions below. All items are covered under a 30-day return policy from delivery. Note that not all items are covered, and we reserve the right to modify these terms.

Core Requirements

  • All exchanges and returns require a RA (Return Authorization) number.
  • RA numbers must be requested within 7 days of merchandise receipt.
  • Items must be in "as new" condition with original packaging and materials.
  • Return packages must arrive within 10 business days of RMA issue date.

Defective Items

Please contact the manufacturer first. Our team verifies serial numbers and confirms defects before issuing replacements. Non-defective items or those missing accessories will be returned at the customer's expense.
