The ATDM-1012 features 10 mic/line inputs equipped with discrete amplifiers and remotely controllable preamps to ensure high-fidelity signal reproduction. The hardware includes two stereo line inputs, eight balanced outputs, and two unbalanced stereo outputs. A dedicated USB audio interface provides one stereo input and one stereo output for seamless digital integration. Users can expand the system with 10 additional digital inputs via the Audio-Technica LINK connection or Dante networking on compatible models.
Every input channel provides comprehensive signal conditioning tools, including phase inversion, a low-cut filter, and a four-band parametric EQ. The 12-bus matrix allows for flexible routing with independent volume settings for every bus. To maintain superior audio quality, the ATDM-1012 includes 10 assignable Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC) processors, 10 compressors/de-essers, and eight feedback suppressors. These tools can be freely assigned to any input or output channel to eliminate interference and optimize vocal clarity.
The ATDM-1012 Digital SmartMixer utilizes smart mixing capabilities with four dedicated mixing groups. These groups can function as either gain-sharing or gating mixers to manage multiple microphone signals automatically. This technology reduces background noise and prevents feedback while maintaining consistent audio levels across the entire system.
This mixer supports the integration of up to two ES954 Hanging Microphone Arrays and allows for cascading up to eight ATDM devices via Audio-Technica LINK. Operators can manage audio settings directly from the front panel or utilize the Web Remote Manager software for comprehensive system configuration. The mixer also supports remote access over IP through a standard web browser for increased operational flexibility. The compact 1U design ensures full compatibility with standard 19-inch equipment racks.
