The ATUC-50CU features a 12-band feedback suppressor and individual automated gain control (AGC) for each connected unit. It provides dedicated mic gain and mic EQ settings for every discussion station to maintain consistent audio levels across the entire system. This processing power eliminates common acoustic issues while delivering crystal-clear digital audio.

System Scalability and Connectivity

A single ATUC-50CU control unit supports up to 100 ATUC-50DU discussion units and ATUC-50IU integration units. For larger installations, users can cascade up to three ATUC-50CU units using Cat5e or higher cabling. When utilizing link extenders, this configuration supports a total of 300 discussion or integration units. The system allows for both daisy chain and ring topologies to accommodate various installation requirements.

Comprehensive I/O and Integration

This control unit offers extensive connectivity options for diverse audio environments:

• Balanced Matrix Outputs: Four configurable balanced outputs for flexible routing.
• Unbalanced Output: One unbalanced output that mirrors the signal from Output 1.

Versatile Operation and Recording

Users can manage the ATUC-50CU locally at the front panel, through a browser-based Web Remote interface that requires no additional software, or via third-party IP control systems. The system provides three selectable operation modes: Free Talk, Request to Talk, and Full Remote. For documentation and archiving, the built-in recorder captures audio in MP3 or WAV formats to a USB mass storage device. The unit supports storage devices up to 2 TB with a maximum file size of 2 GB.

Monitoring and Configuration

The front panel includes an OLED display that shows active system information and presets. Integrated LED indicators allow for immediate monitoring of critical system functions, ensuring the operator can verify system status at a glance.
