The UniMount mounting system provides the stability required for active performances. It includes the AT8491U universal clip-on mount and the AT8490L 9-inch gooseneck. The clip attaches securely to the bell of an instrument and offers excellent shock resistance to protect the signal from mechanical noise. The rugged gooseneck rigidly holds its shape, allowing the microphone to stay accurately positioned even during aggressive play.

Advanced Acoustic Isolation

The ATM350a microphone features a cardioid polar pattern that reduces pickup from the sides and rear. This directional focus improves the isolation of the instrument and minimizes interference from other sound sources. An in-line power module incorporates a switchable 80 Hz high-pass filter to control undesired low-frequency noise and ambient rumble.
