The Audio-Technica ATM350UCW Wireless Instrument Microphone UniPak is a low-profile cardioid condenser microphone designed for high-performance instrument miking. This microphone delivers a crisp, clear, and well-balanced response even in high Sound Pressure Level (SPL) environments. It integrates with Audio-Technica cW-style body-pack transmitters using a 55-inch (1.4 m) permanently attached miniature cable terminated with a locking 4-pin connector.
The cardioid polar pattern focuses on the primary sound source while reducing the pickup of noise from the sides and rear. This directional capability improves isolation and ensures accurate audio reproduction during live performances. The microphone housing supports interchangeable elements, providing the flexibility to switch to hypercardioid or omnidirectional polar patterns depending on the application.
The included AT8491U Universal Clip-on Mount attaches securely to instrument bells and provides superior shock resistance for the microphone.
