The AT803 includes an integral 80 Hz high-pass UniSteep filter. This component allows for easy switching from a flat frequency response to a low-end roll-off. The UniSteep filter provides steep low-frequency attenuation to improve overall sound pickup quality while maintaining natural voice characteristics.
This microphone offers flexible operation by running on either battery or phantom power. The unit features a 6-foot (1.8 m) cable that is permanently attached to the microphone housing. This cable utilizes a TA3F connector to interface with the included power module, ensuring a secure and reliable connection during performances or presentations.
